Terms & Conditions 

General

Bounce In The Park  reserves the right to refuse admission to the event and/or the venue and shall be to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of all visitors.

Bounce In The Park shall be entitled to request visitors to leave the venue at any time. Bounce in the park shall be entitled to remove anyone from the venue who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who, in the reasonable opinion of Bounce In The Park or event operators and event managers, is conducting themselves in a manner inappropriate to their continued attendance.
 

Smoking, including E cigarettes, is not permitted within the event. 

Bounce In The Park reserves the right to close the event and access to areas within the grounds around the event  at short notice and without prior warning if necessary and our decision is final. We cannot control the weather, the event may have to be closed down without warning for the day or for the session if wind speeds are above legal limits or due to heavy rainfall.
 

By entering the site visitors consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded as visitors of the event, and consent to such photographs, films or recordings being used by Bounce In The Park to publicise the event in the future.

alcohol is not permitted and we reserve the right to remove those deemed to be a risk to the safety of others.

Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, refunded or transferred. To do so or to alter or deface any ticket will render it void. It is the patron’s responsibility to check his or her tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. 

The ticket holder has a right only to a session of the value corresponding to that stated on the ticket.

Tickets are priced per 2 hour, specifically timed session . Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session. You will not be due a part refund if you leave early or arrive late for your session.

PREPURCHASE tickets are not always required, we do accept cash or card upon entry, however each session has capacity restrictions, purchasing a ticket guarantees your entry, after this it will be a first come first serve basis for walk ins until we hit capacity.

REFUND .

In the event any session is cancelled or curtailed, ticket holders will be offered an alternative sessions (subject to availability). This is an outdoor event and no refunds or exchanges will be given due to inclement weather. In the unlikely event that the event manager deems it necessary to close the event , alternative sessions will the offered subject to availability. If you have been removed from the event or venue for inappropriate behaviour, you will not be offered a refund and will not be offered an alternative session.

 

Participating in Bounce In The Park events carries an inherent risk, any participation is totally at the users’ own risk. Anyone with any medical conditions, serious previous injuries, recently broken bones, knee or joint problems, head injuries, pregnancy, mobility problems, or taking prescribed drugs should carefully consider whether it is safe for them to participate without endangering themselves or other participants. Bounce In The Park shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage however caused, except for personal injury caused by negligence on behalf of Bounce In The Park.

We have rules of entry, parents must supervise there children at all times and make sure there children adhere to the rules. STRICTLY NO ADULTS ALLOWED ON ANY OF THE ATTRACTIONS, ALL CHILDREN MUST BE AGED BETWEEN 3 AND 14 YEAR OLD AND WITHIN 0.7M AND 1.5M IN HEIGHT

We accept no responsibility for any personal property left, damaged or lost at the Event.

RULES OF ENTRY

PLEASE SUPERVISE YOUR CHILD AND ENSURE THEY ADHERE TO THE RULES

ADULTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM USING ANY INFLATABLES.

WRISTBANDS WILL BE INSPECTED ON EACH INFLATABLE, PLEASE ENSURE CHILDREN WEAR THEM.

AVOID BOUNCING AT THE TOP OR BOTTOM OF SLIDES, DO NOT DIVE OR JUMP FROM THE TOP OF THE SLIDE. SIT ON YOUR BOTTOM AT THE TOP AND SLIDE DOWN FEET FIRST ENCOURAGE YOUR CHILD TO BE CONSIDERATE TOWARDS SMALLER AND YOUNGER CHILDREN.

DO NOT CLIMB ON OR OVER THE INFLATABLE WALLS.

REMOVE SHOES BEFORE BOUNCING ON ANY INFLATABLE.

BE PREPARED FOR QUEUES DURING BUSY PERIODS AS EACH INFLATABLE HAS LIMITED CAPACITY

OBSERVE AND FOLLOW THE ATTENDANT'S INSTRUCTIONS.

NO FOOD, DRINKS OR SHARP OBJECTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE INFLATABLES.

WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY ABUSE TOWARDS ANY OF OUR STAFF, THEY ARE DOING THERE JOBS SECURE ALL VALUABLES AS WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES.

ADULTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN, AND THESE RULES AIM TO ENSURE EVERYONE'S SAFETY. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN BEING ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT REFUND THANK YOU FOR COMING AND HAVE A FANTASTIC, SAFE VISIT.
